I am playing Cog Hill No. 4 later this summer and was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a yardage guide.

Call the course and see if they will sell you one or try eBay.

They have them at the course, but they are terrible at best. I just played there on May 11. Good thing is they are only a few bucks ($4 as I recall), so it's not a huge investment. If you have a rangefinder, use it instead. You'll get much more info from that than you will from the yardage book.

In case you haven't played the course, here's some advice: make sure you hit fairways and greens. The rough is very deep and thick. In fact, we had difficulty finding some slighltly wayward tee shots. When I played, the greens were slower than I remember. My guess is they were rolling around 8.5 to 9, which is about a foot or two slower than I've seen them in the past.

Enjoy!

Yeah, I saw one on eBay...wasn't all that helpful. They're going to tear the course up after the BMW this year and make changes to make it more "open worthy". It'll be a longshot though.
