What are your favorite/funniest/coolest headcovers? I'm looking to shed the OEM covers due to the recent string of club hijackings around here.. I'm thinking of some kind of animal cover or something, not a big fan of JC or Rocket Pom headcovers...what's your input?

I"m going to be doing the same thing. Plain pom coves for my 3W & 5W and plain neoprene (red to match my bag) for my 2 hybrids.
For my driver, I'm going to get something from this site:
http://www.shop-safely.com/shops.asp?shop=...gory=headcoversTheir life-like animal headcovers are so cool! I can't decide amongst the Eagle (for my Philadelphia Eagles), the Husky (since I have Husky and he looks sorta like the cover) or the growling lion ('cause it's freakin' cool!).
I'll take a pic of my "un-pimped" bag when I finish it. Hope the site helps!

I ordered the "Udderly Ridiculous" cow from
http://www.buttheadcovers.com/ since I don't like the original D1 HC (it doesn't have a sock, so the shaft is exposed!) nor do I want to attract too much attention
Or better let me put it that way: I'd rather have the attention on the HC than on the D1 itself... It's not delivered here yet!

I was looking at some realistic animal headcovers earlier. I can't remember what site it was on, but they had a wolf that looked really cool. I'm thinking of getting that but not sure what to do for my 3 wood and hybrid. Would it be cool to have zoo of animals in your bag?

I actually like the old-fashined barrel-shaped fur wood covers with stockings to protect the shaft. They draw no attention to a bag.
However, I'm looking for an inexpensive putter cover for a blade (Anser) putter. Easy on/off and attracts no attention. Any links?

No worries. I just highlighted exclusive just cuz and in no way meant to slight you in any shape fashion or form. But they're readily available online and that link coincidentally is for a shop about 20 minutes away from my house. As to the actual Kiwi itself being "exclusive" to NZ, I'm sure it is and I'd love to travel there someday.

Man, if someone would come up with some cool headcovers, you'd sell a million of them. Like...
Something similar to the Scotty Cameron Japan Museum ones that are going for $600. Those are sweet. (To look at) Is AM&E listening?
How about South Park headcovers? (A Paris Hilton hybrid cover would be a riot.)
Sad thing is, I realize that if I can think of it, someone is probably already doing it.

I'm not a fan of the pom covers by JC and Rocket like many of you. I did find that JC makes a tassel cover rather then the big pom. I got one for my 3 wood and really like it. Great quality and it does make a ton of extra room in the bag. I will soon be getting one for the hybrid and then, maybe, for the driver.
Great products.

Mine's
kinda discreet...Everyone knows that its my bag, at least.
The only thing i don't like about the Rocket Tour is its tendency to work loose and toy with the idea of falling off (its got a 904F under it)..So Mr Lion hangs on to things with the magnetic paws.

I'm a big fan of my Daphne's dog that sits on my driver and has done for years.
It's a Great Dane cover; common sense says I should have a GSD (I've got 3 at home) but I've never found a GSD cover that looks like a GSD... they all look like rats on steroids.
My 3 wood is covered (and has been for about 20 years) by one of my collection of old-school Ping plush covers. Red, pink, blue, white, orange, purple, green, grey/black and red/white/blue all do the rotation. Pink at the moment.
I like them as they're understated, old-school and look good. Plus, they last forever.

My old school Testudo cover is the best! Not the new one with the head and black jersey, but the old one where he is flexing and just looking like he is gonna stomp a mudhole in somebody!

(Well, he can't do that, he doesn't have feet). I kinda like th cheeseburger by Jimmy Buffet, but I had to settle for the parrot. I will try and get picks to show up.

I agree

I have 2 X 3 of the Jan Craigs and they will last a life time. They are THAT thick and really made in high quality fabric

But they are NOT so great in rainy weather - the water will make the Jan Craigs swell and bulge up and make them heavy. I much prefer the lighter and not so thick Rocket Tour headcovers for the rainy days
