How and where do I pick it up???

there will be a trailer by the entrance to the tournament. you just go up to a will call window, show them an id, and they will give you your ticket that has been held there for you

When you go to Carowinds for Parking, as you are driving to the Carowinds entrance, on the right side, by Frugal McDougals, there is a Will Call trailer.....Hope this helps
