Joe Kwok gets my vote. I love the equipment aspect of golf and his posts are some of the most informative I've ever read.

Man, too many great folks to make a short list. IMO that says quite a bit.
That said, Joey has personally been a TREMENDOUS help to me, on and off golfwrx.

there are a lot of good posters but think this would be better if there were maybe 4 categories because slicefixer is a greaaaaaat poster for swing, while joe kwok is excellent at equipment, and so on....many deserve credit here for having such insightful, intelligent posts that contribute, not hurt others

This is an impossible task to select just one poster and call him or her the best of all. I'm not sure if you guys realize just how many ultra talented people we have posting on Golfwrx. We have at our fine golf site some of the best and most talented people in the business world posting here everyday. From this group of people, it is hardly fair to try and pick just one.
Within our site we have writers, publishers, manufacturers, electronics engineers, mechanical engineers, civil engineers, software engineers, doctors, lawyers, investors, chemists, biologists, geologists, prochtolgists, and a few high school students, along with about one retired truck driver, and a guy named Sue.
But, if I were to have to pick Yost Juan?? I'd pick b$$, sup sider, wags, Lancemeister, SakMan, pittbull, Ryan, Richard, bad Adam or maybe rab, hip or dyno. I honestly can say there are 100 guys on here that are flat out outstanding, and this might be just the tip of the iceberg as far as writers or bloggers or posters on here are concerned.
Golfwrx is loaded with talent

Beruo gets his view point across in a most poignant, amusing, informative manner.

His old slideshow signature was hilariously effective.
Any one that posts pics of anything gets my vote. You know who you are!

I have several favorite posters on WRX. In no particular order:
J. Kwok-golf tech guru & master club builder...need I say more?
Pitbull808-always hilarious to see his ever "revolving" set up of clubs, Hawaii's KING of Ho's, premier correspondent for covering local tournaments here in Hawaii, etc...
Beruo-a very blunt person who tells it like it is...no bulls#*t, he makes laugh my arse off like no other.
JHR: cause he's my hero....the Ultimate Titleist Ho'!!
Gxgolfer & easyy: without them we wouldn't even be here.

Sandy is most knowledgeable of the posters on Here....He comes from a pretty unbiased point of view and has connections in the business that allow him to see; preview and connect with the Players for each company...

I enjoy the brilliant and incisive writings of The Velvet Cat. He's a philosopher, poet, NASCAR genius, and sex symbol wrapped up in a set of Carhartt overalls.

My vote goes to Stage1350. I picture him as a blond Burt Reynolds in "Smokey and the Bandit", except he's with a gal way hotter than Sally Field and the Jerry Reed character is towing a horse trailer.

My favorite was actually a James Dean poster I had hanging in my bedroom when I was younger. It was some kind of screen shot from the movie "Rebel Without A Cause." I would lay awake at night, staring at that poster, completely understanding all of the emotions that Jim's character went through in that movie....moving from town to town, simply existing in a house with two lackluster parents...one a hen-pecked shell of a man and the other a dominating mother. I knew how Jim felt when the "toughs" were picking a fight with him at the planetarium, and the mix of fear and duty he felt when he had to go through with the "chickie run" later that night. Teenage years can be such a tumultuous time for any young....
What? That's not the kind of poster you guys were talking about? Well, f*&k. Nevermind.

I like guys

whose most frequently given advice for people seeking golf swing tips is: "show us your video."

...and then show their hypocrisy in different forums (e.g.,
http://www.golfwrx.com/forums/index.php?sh...mp;hl=portland)...and seek to irritate others for their own amusement (sarcasm, humor, playful banter are lost upon such folk).
...some of you already know who I'm talking about

I like spreading the word about such people

... kinda like a public service thing!

Really? Me?
Well, now I know what all those people are talking about when they say that it's an honor just to be nominated. I've slowed down a lot of my posting lately in deference to the post pounders pumping out their 50+ a day. Far too often these people whine to the powers that be that I seek to irritate others for my own amusement then then show my hypocrisy in different forums.
...some of you already know who I'm talking about.
As for my pics, seriously hard to narrow it down--so by genre:
friendly/helpful: pitbull808 (hands down)
club knowledge: Joe friggin' Kwok--w/ honorable mention to Dyno (just make sure you say "thank you" afterwards

)
blogger: No contest--RalphReville
I also make sure I stop to read any post by DemolitionMan, sandy, taylormadefan, MrParr1Noid, stage1350, and TheVelvetCat (he's got a perdy mouth). And most of y'all in general...it's all about quality of posts, not quantity ("this or that" thread is the bane of my existence

).
