I'd give Reynolds Plantation on Lake Oconee in GA a look see. Great golf with beautiful lake and not the traffic of Scottsdale (and I love Scottsdale!)

I second Reynolds Plantation, was on the site this weekend trying to figure out how to work a small cottage home there into the budget in the next couple of years.
