Go ahead, call me crazy, but I'm thinking of doing the following...

I have a spare R5 TP headcover... the one with the magnetic closure, which is a great idea.

I'm thinking about taking the 907D2 to a tailor/dry cleaners, along with that headcover, and having them switch out the zipper for the magnetic closure.

Anyone out there have the zipper taken out and replaced with something else.

I don't know if it will work. But I can agree that both the 907D1 and 907D2 have very bad headcovers.

sounds crazy to me :-). get yourself a custom-colored jan craig and live with the stock titty cover in the 2+ months it'll take to arrive.

please do it! if you're successful, i just may have to buy a d1 headcover...

Let us know how it comes out i hate my D1 cover i need to make a change soon.

I just replaced my D1 cover with a Rocket Tour. Order to arrival was 4 days. Looks great.

Can anyone tell me why some of the D2 headcovers say just D2 and other say 907D2. We got two D2's today and they both had different headcovers.

You think the D2 headcover is bad, try putting on the TM Burner headcover and you'll love your D2 headcover. Burner HC = PITA!

Whats that like? The D2 and D1 isn't hard to use it just scratches the clubhead. With velcro or a magnetic closure it would be nice.

I was interested in a rocket tour cover for my D1, do they fit? I was a little worried because I have a couple Daphne headcovers that just dont it over the head.

It fits well. Its the Rocket Classic sock not their standard headcover.
