What's the difference between ClimaCOOL & ClimaLITE?

ClimaCOOL is 100% polyester and a much lighter fabric, ClimaLITE is usually about 60% cotton 40% polyester, and slightly heavier. I prefer the climacool stuff, it's feels great.

Anyone notice Adidas golf coming out with a Climalite tour mock SS? I saw it on tgw.com. Can anyone confirm this and the release date. Thanks!

That's kinda weird. Why would the name it "ClimaLITE" and it be heavier???

Climacool is great summer gear. Very thin and light.

The Climacool is 100% polyester, and the Climalite is the mix, but also the Climacool has mesh "vents" in key points like underarms and back, and is also uv protective. The Climalite has the feel of cotton with the moisture wicking ability. All on the adidas web site lol.

I have a few of both. The clima cool are definately a little lighter and better on warm days but the clima lite stretch are very nice too. I wouldn't wear the clima lite stretch on an 80* day but I do wear them when it's in the mid 70's. The only bad thing about the clima cool shirts is the static electricity, anyone else have that problem?

Yes, the Clima Cool shirts are great...but do notice the static electricity. Not sure how to make it go away....

If you don't put them in the dryer after you wash them and let them air dry instead I've found that they aren't really static.

I haven't put one in the dryer yet, I don't dry any of my shirts. I just bought a can of static guard, that should do the trick!

I have a few striped climacools and they all get pretty wrinkled after a while. They look great off the shelf, but once you wash them not even an iron can help. It looks like the crawled out of the suitcase. I went to the Ashworth AWS shirts, much better wear.
