What's is your lowest score ever?
I've been playing for two years, and mine is 70. I think I'm gonna go lower this year.

major f*k up! and I lipped about 3 putts (I was still drunk/hung from the night before!)

I shot a 65 on a par 70. You have to like the days when the hole looks like the size of a garbage can.

68 at Oyster Bay, Myrtle Beach. Had 68 a couple of times at shorter, easier courses, but Oyster Bay was easily the best. Had 71(par) at Barnboulge Dunes in Tasmania a couple of weeks ago. This is a World Top 50 course and was prob as good as I've played in years.

My best score in 3 years is an 84. I had only 33 putts that day, but i only hit 4 fairways and 7 GIR. needless to say, my short game saved my a$$ once again, but that was my best 100 yards and in round of my life. if i can learn to hit the driver a bit more consistently, i think i can break 80 easily.

64 on a par 72. Had 7 birdies and an eagle + one bogey. Shot 29 on the back side. Next would be 67 at Tobacco Road in Pinehurst just recently.

I have shot 65 on a few occasions. But I think my best round was a 71 at The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island in about 20-25 mph winds. Probably gusting even higher. I also shot a 74 at TPC at Sawgrass when I was 15. Two very memorable rounds.

had a few 72's but the best round was a 71 on the Palmer Course at Oglebay Park in Wheeling WV. Not could, but should have been better. I realized on 17 that I had a very real chance of breaking 70 and bogied the last two holes.

64 I think. Many moons ago on a links course in the UK. It was only 6600 yards or so, par 68, but I still shot the score on a windy day.
Best score on a "proper" Par 72 course is 67 in competitive play. And I once shot 40/30 to win a scratch medal which seemed pretty good at the time.
Messing around with friends, I have shot 29 on the back nine of my home track three times though, and 29 once on the front. With three consecutive eagles. Both nines are par 36 with two reachable par 5s on each nine. All putts holed, but not in competition sadly...
Hardly the stuff of legend I know..

1 under 71 is my lowest 18 hole score. I've gotten 2 or 3 34s on one 9, but usually don't play as well on the other (even when I shot the 71 I went 34-37). I also had a round where I was -3 thru 16, but it was match play and I won the match 4&2 so we had to walk in

everything fell that day, I think I had 20 putts or so thru 16 holes, it was nuts, my opponent was pissed lol

Incidentally, I once played a late afternoon 12 holes with a pro I know (at the time a PGA assistant, but latterly having played a couple of seasons on the Euro Tour) in which I saw the greatest golf ever seen in person by me.
We played a composite 12 holes (the first 8, and then 15-in) at our home track, which included 3 reachable par 5s and a drivable Par 4.
He shot 11 under for 12 holes, including a missed 3 footer for an eagle on 6 after a God-like 1 iron second, and a missed 5 footer for birdie on the third (a 3 iron Par 3)
Of the 12 approach shots he hit (including seconds into par 5s) the furthest away was about 9 feet.
I shot 4 under I think for the same holes, and was made to look very silly.
Amazing.

65 in a tourney 20 years ago. 30 on the front, birdie 11th to go 7 under, bogie 12th and birdie 18th for 7 under. Last time breaking 70 was 4 years ago, 69 with a double bogie, bogie finish. My recreational scores never seem to be as low as competition. (I have not broken 80 yet this season - Michigan)

I once had a 56 on a par 64. I've had loads of rounds (100+) between 4 and 7 under par at a lot of different courses and some of them quite difficult (in Golf Digests world 100), unfortunately they were all more than about 15 years ago! I had a long layoff where I hardly played at all for about 10 years and since playing again for the past 2+ years the lowest I have gone is 3 under once and a few 2 unders and quite a few 1 unders.
Since I have started playing again I am a lot more consistent but it seems to be at the expense of the ability to go low. I find that my ballstriking is still not as good as it was 15 years ago so I tend to always take safe options, get it in the fairway safely and then aim for the middle of the green, two putt and make par. Years ago I'd have rounds of say 69-76-68-75 in a tournament whereas these days I'll have 74-73-74-73. It's a lot less stressfull but sort of lacks the excitement.
