Hey guys and girls, first time posting on here.

I was wondering, I have a Dryjoy pullover and was wondering if you can re-waterproof them yourself or am I SOL. I have had this pullover for about 4-5 years and love it too much to let it go. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Big Ben
Yes you can; go to your local hiking and outdoor shop; they sell a special wash and treatment formula. Two step process, you first use the wash then the formula all in the washer and it turns out perfect. I do this to all of my Gore gear at least every other year to repair and replenish the membrane. It's like they are brand new again...

Also try and make sure that you never dry your raingear in the dryer. Overtime this can cause it to let in water. This happend to one of my FJ DryJoys jackets, and I asked a friend that played golf at UNC, and the first thing she asked me is whether I had been putting it in the dryer after washing it. Just another thought!

Thanks for the information. I am going to treat all of my gear this weekend. Looked it up at Bass Pro Shops and it's called Hydrolize.

I have put it in the dryer 2 times in the past 4-5 years. All other times have been hang dry.

Thanks again!!!
