I just took my 6 month old tour 360's back to Golf Galaxy for the waterproof warranty. They said they were going to send them out to adidas to be checked out and I will get a new pair if they leak.
I wanted to know if anyone has dealt with this before, and if so, how long does it generally take for them to make a decision? And when will I likely see the returning shoes?
Thanks for any help,

recentlyi took my tour metals to golftown and the receipt and was automatically told to select anything in the shoe dept of equal value or pay the difference for something more expensive
by the way the shoes were about 20 months old (2 year warranty) and i purchased them when they first came out so the price was kind of high but i was able to get full credit even though the old style tour metals are now
on sale for over 50% off what i paid
the shoes were visibly wet still on the inside only - 2 days after my round in early feb in cooler temps
ended up with some nike sp 8's for my dad as i got some white and black tour 360's for xmas already
minimal difference in cost from what i paid for the tour metals to upgrading to the new nikes for my dad

2 years on their top end shoes.
Sounds kind of crummy that they didn't give you other shoes on the spot.
You should phone them back and get a pair of powerbands for the inconvenience at no extra
