Did anyone get a glance at DLII's shoes today. At First site they looked like classic tours, but closer look the were fitted w/ the reel fit system.. I like the reel fit system but find the limited variety prevents me from buying another pair. Does anyone know if the will be released. Or does anyone have a picture of Davis' shoes from today?

ReelFit are available now...and the best golf shoe I have ever worn

There are some new Reelfit styles being released for the summer that look really good. An all white version and white with orange for us guys in the UK. Saw pictures last week. They maybe up on the Footjoy site by now.

I also saw a couple of players at the Masters who had different styles of Reelfits also

You will be seeing Classic Reelfits later on this year.

So far, I can't get past the dial sticking out of the back of the shoe. Just too noticeable for me.

I'll be the first to rain on this parade, but IMHO the design concept on these are still one of the ugliest I've seen. Nothing like walking around with a knob on the back of your heel.

I found it too difficult to adjust to a tight fit. - What happens when they break? - Not as easy as replacing a shoestring!

I've worn this fitting system for many years on my ski boots.....and it's very popular in skiing. I've never heard of the lace breaking on a ski boot, so I can't see how it would break on a golf shoe.

I wore the FootJoy version of this technology during a trip to Florida two months ago. The most comfortable golf shoe I've ever worn. For those who can't get past the look of the knob on the heel? Well, you're not doing your feet any favors. Seen several players on Tour wearing the shoes over the past few weeks.

Can we get some decent weather up North to start using all the new equipment in the market? Please?

I like the idea of having custom fit shoes, but I agree that the knob looks a little strange. I think I'll hold out to see what Reebok develops:

those footjoys are real ugly to me i think i'll stick with the nike line for now

Besides being pretty unfortunate looking, the dial looks as though it could tug on your pants. That could be pretty annoying, I'd think...

Tried these when they first came out. I have a high instep, so I was interested in the lace system. The thing I like is they give a really consistent fit across the top of the foot. They also pull my foot securely back into the heel. Just on the merits of a better fit, I would recommend.

Like the look of the new all whites:

I will say that it looks hideous. But I thought that when I bought a pair of North Face hiking boots last year too. But damn if they aren't the most comfortable pair of boots I've ever worn. Perfect fit every time, doesn't come loose at all and keeps your feet nice and snug. If I hadn't loved the new Eccos that I bought so much I would have gotten these.

saw Adam Scott wearing the new white reelfit.

It looks like a pair of Wakeboard/Snowboard boots. I am sure it keeps the laces tight the whole way around, but it looks very bulky.

i think that all white look really good, adn i would think wearing these shoes with pants i would think help hide the notch in the back, im gonna look into them

when i was at the shell houston open, i saw a few guys wearing classics that were actually fitted with the reel fit technology. pretty sweet looking if i may add.

Well I think I will pick up a pair of these when my 360's are done.
