I am looking at the Oakley Crosshairs, I really love the look, and am looking at the White Frames with the golf specific G30 lense. Anyone put any time in with these on there face, would love some reviews.

Cheers.

I have the G30 lenses and they are good in medium light not bright light. The G30's brighten the light and help define the greens but I have since picked up the Callaway X600 with the Neox lenses and they do a better job when the sun is shining brightly. The G30's are good on over cast days and late in the evening.

I've got those, they're not bad for golf, but you'll see the edges as well they're kinda heavy, so not the greatest golf sunglasses, but the lens color is one of my favorites for playing, aside from persimmon.

I have a pair and they are fine for putting with but because they are not wrap around style I find them a little distracting with the full swing and wedge play. I have no problem on all but the brightest days and they are great for hazy mornings. A little over priced if you ask me though.

The G30 Lens is great.
I use mine in all ligt conditions.
They have a higher light transmission than regular grey/smoke lenses, but it doesn't bother me on the bright days (still less light vs. the naked eye).

Can't go wrong, they are pretty much built for golf, and do enhance the green spectrum as well.

I have the Oakley Half Jacket golf array, it includes G30, Fire iridium, and the black iridium lenses. G30 is great except for very bright sunlight, for that you need the fire lenses. It's pretty easy to switch out the lenses.

I have the White Crosshair with the G30 Lenses. Great to look through, particularly when it is a bit cloudy, but I take them off when putting. They are a little heavy but are a good fit for a round of golf.

Hmm, might have to borrow my wife's G30s for my HalfJackets. I like the Fire and Ice iridiums (have both), but I'll see how the G30s do. smile.gif
