First of all I would like to say I dont have a favorite brand in golf, whatever works I use. A lot of you on this website recommended the gripmaster grips. After long talks with Sarg and some sample packs, I purchased 14 of these grips. After receiving the grips I personally got a call from the company saying they were so sorry and that they would do whatever to take care of me. You think next time I will sho again with them. I read a lot of posts on this website about bad customer service, if you want a honest opinion then this is the company to deal with, plus these grips are amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Harry thanks for taking a tough situation and doing exactley what you said you would!!!!!!!!!!!

i dont see why they would be sorry. I think you forgot to mention a piece of this story. You bought 14 grips and you got them and they call to say their sorry?
