Just wondering if anyone has seen the new Vaporlite in White and Green in the flesh? Is it as good as it looks?

I've got the khaki and flame model and it's better than it shows on the website. I'm sure the white and green is the same way.
It may not be the greatest feature-wise, but no doubt the Ogio VL's are the best looking carrys this year.

Okay, I'm back. That is probably one of(if not the) best looking bags I've ever seen. I'm am an unabashed Ping guy, but that trumps the white Hoofer/Vantage bags around.

I have seen it in person and man is it awesome.
I do see two drawbacks...
1) The top has that strange Woode configuration. Maybe I don't understand its usefulness, but I do not like the way it looks initially.
2) In the store that has it, it is in the women's bag section.

It's very tempting isn't it. The dumb thing is I just bought a Mizuno Aerolite yesterday to replace the black Hoofer I am bored with, then saw those on the web.
To make it more tempting, www.globalgolf.com has them for $99 with free shipping.

The Woode top is pretty sweet. I have the Flight and I like that system, but that was after having the original Hoofer extreme with the eight-way top(I swear there are midgets in there holding onto the clubs when you try to pull it, and blocking it when returning it to the bag).

I have the 2006 Vaporlite Black/White trim and love it! Looks really sharp.
I've seen this bag in GG and, honestly, my first thought was "Cool, they're offering a new ladies color this year."
Like Dozier, I saw it in the ladies section.
The green is kind of a Kelly green.

Happened to see it at Golf Galaxy at the end of last year. Looks awesome in person. Another nice feature with the Vaporlite was that, with these colors, the white is a vinyl. So, it'll stay better looking longer. Even so, I ended up going with the Ozone:

Seemed more functional for me, with a better design for acessing the pockets, etc. Been pretty happy with it so far.. (even though I'm in the middle of a midwestern winter)

It was in the womens' bag section because it's a woman's bag.

It takes a big man to carry a women's bag...

I saw it sitting next to a white and purple one in the same pattern. Now
that looked like a ladies bag.
My plan: Have someone else by the purple one, I buy the green one but we have to play together. That way when they see both bags on the cart or next to the green, at least it will look less feminine.
If I admitted that the white/purple one looked good too, I would have to become a woman. So...I am not going to admit to that.

Last year it was a Ladies color & an inch shorter; this year it is in the Men's line and a regular height.

There is a white/purple ladies bag on their site...not a Vaporlite.

How odd.
I've spent more time pondering whether to get this bag or not than I have on drivers and putters.
One is on its way to Australia, so we'll see how girly I feel when it gets here.

Most beautiful carry bag I ever seen...period.
I spent an hour watching it at the Golf Show in Montreal last October.
The material is a kind of "vinyl"....and the look is awesome.

I can't decide whether I want the Vaporlite in White/Green or the Black/Petrol? I like them both but I think the white will be an eye catcher so I'm still undecided if anyone has recieved theres post a pic maybe that will help me decide. Thanks

I bought the white/green bag as soon as it came out hoping that nobody else would want it! Looks like people like it....
It is not at all a girls bag, it is mens... women bags are "diva" and they look cool as well with argyle patterns, but there are mens argyle patterns as well.
Anyways, I have it but havent used it b/c of the mud so far!

Nice looking bag. In the style of the green/white bag Justin Rose has at this year's Masters.
Yeah. I have to watch how I set my vaporlite down so it doesn't blow over. This is the trade off with a really light bag (1.7 kgs).
Have the 2005 version. Great bag walking bag. Really like the Woode system. Is reasonably well build and after 2 year still in great shape.
Only complaint is that I wish it had one more pocket or the pockets were better organized. I only carry the necessary minimum and is a bit cramped. Since you can't fit shoes in the main side pocket, they should divide it into two pockets 1/3, 2/3. Still have room for club cover, rain clothes or sweater in the bottom and gloves and small stuff you regularly need in the top (e.g. gloves, sharpie). Can never find small things once they fall down that main pocket.
May start looking at Grom or Edge.

The green/white version is listed with all the other vaporlites on the Ogio site. So not ladies only.
