Actually, I think culottes have wide legs (sorta like a split skirt), while capris taper at the ankle.

Due to my curiousity, I did a Google Image search of "culottes". Um, yeah. Suffice it to say, I didn't get any Don Cheadle results with the safe search turned off.

Yeah, I noticed that as well.
Perhaps a French?/Italian? speaking WRXer could enlighten us, as "culottes" seems to be slang in some language for underwear or maybe upskirt.
