WOULD ANYONE KNOW WHAT IT WOULD COST AND TAKE TO GET A PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPEMENTAL TOUR STARTED? I KNOW GETTING SOME GOOD SPONSORS MAKES THINGS EASIER. IF THE TOUR HAD THE EVENTS REGIONALLY TO TRY TO KEEP THE TRAVEL EXPENSES DOWN. AND ALLOWING PLAYERS TO GAIN EXPERIENCE TO GET TO NEXT LEVEL WOULD BE THE GOALS OF THE DEVELOPEMENTAL TOUR. WHAT DO YOU THINK?

I am not sure why you are YELLING, but I would say that it would be a costly venture if you planned on starting something like this.

I would look for a successful regional tour outside of your area that you won't really be in competition with and call the owners. They will probably be willing to answer some questions if you are respectful of their time.
