I was on the website last night and you could buy tix there. It did not say anything about the gate.
Hope this sheds some light.

I got to go to this a few years ago. Highlights were watching DLIII hole out from 120yards, seeing Phil almost drive the green on the 385 yard 10th....and standing next to Elin!

Let me elaborate.
You can buy gallery passes at the gate.
Executive club passes cannot be bought at the gate (and are a big rip-off anyway).
