Next week through a college golf program I am getting to stay for a few days at ben Cranes house and spending time there. Next monday we are getting to play at Vaquero Golf Club, which is a fazio design and the number 1 course in the state of Texas. This is for sure to be something i wont forget. I will post some updates and a review of Vaquero and hopefully some pics.

Vaquero is a fantastic course, I don't know if I would go as far as to say it deserves the top course in Texas rank but it's a wonderful course that you feel very secluded when you are there.

I would put it ahead of Cimmaron Hills, River Oaks, and as much as I like the Rawls Course I would probably put Vaquero ahead of it. I also like Carlton Woods but I think it is ranked way to high.

Yeah, #1 is a bit of a stretch but regardless, it should be an amazing experience!

Very high end golf experiance . You never touch your clubs till you get to the range or tee .
Food at the turn is amazing and the warm wet towels after # 9 and # 18 are nice .
