I use those ultra's to hit into my lake behind my house

This would have to be right up there with the crappiest ball.

any ball made with an xl on it is up there for the worst ball ever, but the worst balls are not white. I would say the flying lady trumps them all. It not only stings when you hit it, but it hurts your eyes to look at it. My mom was playing these rocks & hit some black striped top flites balls @ my range & couldn't believe how soft they felt.

volvic clones are pretty soft compared to the flying lady & any other dimpled rock.

She seriously thought that the black striped top flights were soft...

buy a sleeve of the flying lady balls, play them for a week & go hit a range ball It will feel like a marshmallow

A friend bought me a box of those Ultras for Christmas my first year of golfing. I tried one on one hole, put it back in the bag and gave them to a work buddy who doesn't care what he hits (yellowed, cracked, covered with pooo, whatever). ugh.
