This is a wild shot...
As a member of the PGA of America, I am very fortunate to be able to walk into the Masters with my PGA Membership card...
I am looking to purchase tickets for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, so I can take my wife with me...
Is my best chance via ebay or buying from a scalper while down there?
Any input would be much appreciated...

Scalping is discouraged a little, you could probably pick some up on practice round days, harder during the tourney.

You might actually have to contact a ticket broker for a legit deal. I thought the PGA allowed spouses of Class A members to enter event/play comp as long as they were with the member. I always comped the spouse of PGA member when they came to the club I worked at. Perhaps the Master's is different. Anyway, if you key word "Master's Tickets" you should be able to find some brokers.

Most events/tournaments do allow the PGA Member to bring their spouse...
Not at Augusta, however...

There are many brokers in the area and ticket have been readily available thru them....it's your best bet if planning ahead

I wouldn't recommend going the scalping route, for a couple of reasons: 1) Stupid high prices for a ticket, (besides no one is going to sell you a ticket for just thursday or friday, i'm sure you know a tournament badge is good for all 4 days, and 2) You may be dealing with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation undercover, laugh if you want, but when you are down here, watch the news and see how many people get arrested for scalping more than $2 over the face value. Use ebay, it's safer.

Well as much as I would love my wife to have the opportunity to see Augusta, there is no way I am going to pay the prices I am finding on ebay...
Thanks for everyone's input...
Maybe I will run into someone who can't make it!

I have bought scalped tickets there twice and got a great deal once and paid going price also . Better price than going through ebay or broker .
Just need to work it and have a little patience .

Depending on the source you can certainly get them for Thursday and Friday only, as I have done this before.

Shocker. Augusta won't allow your wife in.

sometimes you get a good deal on the tickets if you go in a little later in the day. the scalpers are willing to give a good deal just to get rid of the tickets they have left. this is for the pratice round only. during the tournament there are brokers that sell just for the day but you must be willing to pay some money.
