My son writes better than that, he's 9. Something about an old white guy trying to write like he's all hip with the urban language; no matter how hard they try, it still sounds....it sounds....well....it sounds white.
It's Nov 6, points were made a long time ago, life moves on.

Agreed. It reads forced, and is layered on extremely thick.
Besides, Tiger seems to be a bit of a nerd. I doubt he'd say dude more than Keanu Reeves in "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure".

Yeah, I have to agree with the other guys...it wasn't very funny.
Decent laughs. Urban language played on a bit too much but it's still good

That was kind of funny....wonder what those two do around the house when they are home?
We've never really got to see either of them away from the course have we?

I thought it was pretty funny. Sirak seemed to be channeling Dan Jenkins, who is the master of this sort of thing.
I kept thinking about that American Express commercial where Tiger talks about all the stuff he can do on a rainy day -- "except there are no rainy days." I also wondered, while I was watching the Tour Championship, if Tiger and Phil ever watch tournaments other than as a penance for missing the cut.

That was hilrious. Great article! You think lefty would only get a dozen burgers from In and Out? Maybe a couple milk shakes too.

y'all need to lighten up. as far as i can tell it was a satire on tiger and phil, not some sort of analytic dissection of some events that actually occured. I thought it was hilarious because it was shallow not because it was some commentary on the problems with the PGA tour

You asked for comments , now you're getting them. Some people think that it is not funny, voice their opinion and they get told to lighten up, are you kidding, that article was about as funny as passing a kidney stone, the author obviously does not usually write humor.

agreed. not funny. that's probably why there were so few initial responses. you asked for commentary, now you're getting it.

Too funny. Brought some laughter into my miserable Wed. And yes, they do sound "white". That's why it's so funny. As young as they are, that's about as "urban" they will sound.

They are not that young for PGA tour player's and you do realize that wasn't an actual conversation?

My .02, the guy needed to write an article to fill space and he did. It's a lame article.
