So a few recent incidents that happened to some friends when flying got me thinking about insurance for my clubs. We all know that in some cases, the TSA/airline employees have sticky fingers, and don't always treat bags gently, understandable when they have to lift those suitcases all day long.
My question is, does anyone have travel insurance for their golf clubs? If so, what's it cost and what are the specifics about protection (damage, theft, and the deductible?). I thought there were a few threads about this, but searched and couldn't find anything. Thanks.

Talk about a scary time, when they take your clubs and throw them on the conveyor belt as they "we are not responsible"
I have never purchased insurance, I just try to pack them well in the travel case and hope the guy at the end of the line is gentle... remember that old mizuno add??? the guy is loading bags on the truck that brings them to the plane.... trowing suitcase after suitcase and then a mizuno bag comes along and he handles it like it is a bomb, gently setting id down as stuff is falling on the floor?????
