I played Traditions (and not so well I might add) Country Club this afternoon. Traditions is very near the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport. The course was in decent enough shape. The greens were very slick, very firm and quite FAST. the greens barely held any shots.....The layout was nice, but nothing all that extrordinary. Some the the holes were quite scenic. Slope rating from the white tees (2nd closest, only 4 sets here) was 132, with about 6500 yards, rating of 71.6. This course is long from the back at 7103! There are no homes on the course, which is a plus. For the second time in 2 weeks a FIVE-some played in the group ahead of us and did not offer for us (2 some) to play though. Poor manners those members! To join here it costs $7500 down non-refundable, and then $340 a month. Not much of a walking course, lots of hills. They do not have tee times, just show up and play. This course is ranked in the top 10 in the state of Kentucky, but there are many public courses that are much nicer (ie, nearby Lassing Pointe and Old Silo.....).
