18 months ago I bought a Ping Hoofer Extreme and at first I really liked the bag. It was light and had a lot of nice features. But it proved to be less robust than previous models and recently the ball pocket began to rip and was on the verge of falling off. So my local professional shop sent it away last Friday and today (the following Thursday) I received an entirely new red and blue Ping Hoofer Extreme. I am extremely impressed with the response time it took Ping to dispatch a new bag and the generosity in replacing the bag completely. Here is to Ping.

I had my Ping SW fly off out of a bunker shot, go over the green, smashed my Ferrari window and all i got was a free McDonalds milkshake. I'm thiking I got burned on my deal. I'm calling customer relations.
