Cool,

If you can get 40 clear close up pictures of Players bags, you would qualify for a Premium shaft for pictures contest. Make sure you read the thread and get the details correct!

Cameras are allowed Monday thru Wednesday ONLY at most events.

You cannot bring a camera in during competition rounds, Thursday-Sunday. The tourney I went to did not allow cell phones on the course AT ALL for spectators on ANY DAY!

yeah ive heard quite a bit about trying to get rid of cell phones on the golf course. not for the reason of people talking on them, but more for the people who take pictures with them. ive actually heard there is a pretty hefty fine as well (even in the pro-am) for cell phones going off during the round.

Just curious, why can't you take pictures during the tournament? If its the sound, with the age of digital cameras, you can program your camera to be completely silent, although the zooming in and out is slightly audible, but barely.

It is all or nothing. Unfortunately there are still some people that take pictures with cameras that make noise. And ANY sound when it is that quiet is magnified. secret.gif
