Well everyone I guess TGC is now owned by Cosmo magazine. If anyone is a TGC scanner like I am, they will find this very important little article that I guess they think nobody can do without.

FASHION STATEMENTS
Paula Creamer lived up to her "Pink Panther" moniker.

Creamer wore a black outfit with pink accessories during her morning match, then switched to a pink and white stripped shirt and a pink skirt and cap in the afternoon.

Her Adidas shoes -- black in the morning and white in the afternoon -- had pink stripes and spikes. She also had a pink ribbon in hair and wore pink earrings and a pink sweatband. The grips on her clubs also are pink.

The Nike-adorned Michelle Wie wore an orange top and cap and black skirt during the morning round, then went with a white top and blue cap and skirt in the afternoon.

I was reading this and had to check the web address again to make sure I didn't somehow slip on to the Cosmo website. Boy I am glad I saw this though, I am going to have a much better week knowing what Paula Creamer wore EXACTLY including a well detailed line on her hair ties. russian_roulette.gif Wow is TGC getting desperate for something to post on their website or what?????

I was just reading through that TGC email ( http://www.thegolfchannel.com/core.aspx?pa...6D-6066932231C3 ) and was thinking the samething. Why do I care?

I think it's great that men and women are now dressing better than ever. The reason this is important for TGC is because of all the young players out on tour and you can't help but notice what they are all wearing. It's golf related so i don't see anything wrong with it. It certainly influences how other people dress themselves at the golf course (men or women).

It's great to both tours and i hope this trend continues. Even for the senior tour.

Poor Harry Vardon would roll over in his grave hearing golfers talk like this russian_roulette.gif

There's nothing wrong with them dressing well, but please I don't want golf to turn into some MTV type of production where talent is overshadowed by who looks best.

Quite frankly, Tiger still sets the standard, professional, classic look

It's the new fashion corner of the golf channel done by **** Eye listing what every golfer wore during the last tournament, male and female, from shoes to headwear...

give me a break! apparently this was the only news on the LPGA this week, since neither Annika or Michelle Wie were in the final of the matchplay...
