or, is there a tee-time schedule available to find out when guys are playing their practice rounds?

They usually do have an informal tee sheet for Tuesday and Thursday, but Tiger does usually go out very early, 6:30, and is off the course by 10. If you are going I hope you have a great time!

That's certainly true in the Open over here. He's normally out and about around 6am.
