How would one go about converting a ladies slope rating to a men's slope and rating, for example, 69.4/123, or whatever.

Go to: http://www.usga.org/Rule-Books/Handicap-Sy...Manual/Rule-05/

Use the slide bar to scan down to the conversion chart where you can determine a rating for an unrated set of tees (for both men & women)
