I had an interview there a few years ago for a travel tech position. Like any corporate headquarters it is a warehouse and office space. There is a small tour department workshop, small design area , but no "retail or outlet" store. Unless you have an appointment with someone in particular and they put you on the visitor list you will not be allowed past the reception vestabule.
They are very secretive, like any other Japanese company. My job is in automation and I would love to see their ball manufacturing plant and was told "NO" right away. Why let Kenshin Kawakami tour it not me?
