I was hoping everyone could post a couple of picture of the shops in your area. I am thinking about opening my own shop and was wanting some ideas. Maybe the hitting area and the putting green. Some displays also would be nice.

Open one with an outdoor range!! My favorite shop in the world is Carl's Golfland in Michigan (either location). I spend a few hours there every time I go home to visit family. Both have big ranges and they give you a demo bucket to try clubs out. The plymouth one has a 400 yard double ended range where you hit back towards each other. For a putting area, I think it would be cool to have putting "bays" or strips of good quality fake turf about 3 feet wide and 15 feet long. It's annoying when you're trying out a putter and a bunch of kids are running around smacking balls while their parents shop. If you go here, you can see a pic of a corner of their plymouth location.
