Anyone have experience with both? Not sure If I should spend the extra cash for the Icons. How much longer will the Icons last? Which is more comfortable?
Buddyjay
I have no experience with the Icons (Sorry). But I just wore my Dry Joys for the first time on Sunday. They were EXTREMELY comfortable. No break-in required at all.

I think the answer is simple. Try them on and see which one feels better. Golf shoes need to be comfortable. I love my DryJoys btw - the only pair of shoes that I tried that felt comfortable!

I have been wearing DryJoys for a few years now so I have a good idea of comfort (out of the box + after being broken in) and durabilty. But, I have only tried on the Icons in the store. It's hard for me to tell comfort at all by just walking around a store for a few minutes.

Well ive never worn DryJoys but I just wore my new Icons yesterday and they were the best shoe ive ever worn. I had Nike before and will never wear anything but FJ from now on. Right out of the box they felt amazing!!!

Thanks for the input - which model did you go with? I noticed the model with the strip on the side fit differently than the saddle.
