Has anyone dealt with Adidas golf for warranty issues? I have a pair of Tour360 3.0 that maybe have 25 rounds on them and one of the eyelets broke that hold the "360Wrap" in place. I understand things happen with products and sometimes they fail, but I thought this was a little quick for a shoe to go.

I emailed Adidas golf directly but was wondering what, if anything, I should expect.

Thanks in advance.

Adidas has fantastic customer service and warranty. I had a pair a the original Tour 360, and by the 2nd season I found one shoe was leaking water through the sole. I emailed their customer service and was told to bring the shoes to an authorized retailer and have them shipped back for inspection. About 3 weeks later I got a call from the shop I dropped them off that my replacement had come in. It was a brand new pair of Tour 360 II as the original ones were no longer made.

Fantastic customer service! I had a pair of Tour 360 LTD that the sole started to tear away from the shoe. They had about 15 rounds on them and they replaced them in a week no Q's asked. I didn't even have a receipt as I bought them online!

Adidas is the best in the business when it comes to warranties. I just had a pair of Powerbands that I had for about a year start leaking. I took them back to Edwin Watts, who called Adidas with the return while I was there. They overnighted a new pair of shoes that day and I had EW calling me back the next day to pick up my new pair. Had a similar experience about a year ago with a pair of Tour 360's. The EW salesman commented to me that Adidas was the best even over FJ these days in customer service.

Adidas is the best. I've returned atleast 10 pairs of 360's in the last 3 years and have always received a new pair in less than 2 weeks. I love the shoes, but they tend to leak. I keep returning them and getting a new pair.

I have returned about 6 pairs of Tours due to leaking and no questions asked! smile.gif

The first time I had a problem I called Adidas and they told me to take them to any Adidas authorized retailer and they will do all the legwork of the return for me. When I had the most recent problem a couple weeks ago I didn't even call, I just took them to Edwin Watts and they called them in for me and handled the paperwork. If you're not sure who is an authorized retailer in your area you can call Adidas and they will look it up for you.

Thanks for the input guys.

I am going to try and take them back to the place that I bought them from and see what they can do. The email I got from Adidas made it seem like that is the only way warranties will be handled.

Bringing this post back to life.

I will be taking my Tour 360 II's in to a Golfsmith as they started leaking after 1.5 years. Sounds like this is pretty common for this shoe. I got this shoe as a gift from a friend. He sent me a copy of the receipt and he got them directly from Adidas through his team program at school. He paid about $100 for them at the time. Will Adidas replace with a new version of this shoe or will they give me a credit based on the amount my friend paid?

Thanks!

They usually will replace the same shoe for you, or send you the latest model they have if it's out of stock. I just dropped off a pair of 360s at Edwin Watts, so I'll let you guys know how they treat me.

Follow-up:
The EW folks called me today, the 11th, with my new Tour 360 3.0's. Very quick I'd have to say! Also, an upgrade from the original version of the 360's that I had. Great shoes and service, so I'll be buying another pair from Adidas next time I need shoes.

I had the same problem with mine, well not really a problem because you can still use them fine, but I was disappointed when they ripped. It didn't take long either, only a few rounds. I would like to know how you made out.

Have no idea how it works with golf..... and I hope things work out for you......... BUT! From my tennis knowledge, I learned that a lot of those 'team' discount programs and whatnot have different terms. For instance, the retail version of a shoe may carry a 6 month outsole durability guarantee; however, the team version at the discount price technically does not.

I guess it could be different for golf, or maybe theyll just go above and beyond what they're "supposed" to do, or maybe I'm just wrong? I say it's worth a shot, but I'd suggest not being too ticked off if they say something like that.

guess we all should have 2 pairs of 360 tour and we'll never have to buy new golf shoes again.
