Hey guys and ladies!! I need some help ! I was washing my climacool shirts in the normal cool cycle with Winn Detergent. When I Pulled out a whit shirt I noticed a smudge on the collar. It was the tag from the inside of the shirt, this happened to 5 of my lighter colored shirts! I am going to call Adidas, but in the mean tim has anyone else ran into this ? And do you have any solutions for removing the marks?

interesting..I own about 5 myself and wash them using Winn as well. Haven't happened to any of my shirts...if anything do you use a dryer? I've noticed in that past that sticker type labels tend to come off in extreme heat. I, myself, air-dry all my shirts. Perhaps you can try and see if indeed its the dryer not the washer/detergent.

I have a closet full of ClimaCools from black to white, and exclusively wash them in cold with Win. Never had an issue... but I are dry as well. Heck, they are almost dry when they come out of the washer.

I had the same problem with a couple shirts, I had to use a bar soap called Fels Naptha found in most grocery stores to clean it up.

I air dry all golf clothes, and the temp of the water is what most likely did it as that was the case with me. But on hot bummer days in South Fla the cold water is still 90 degrees lol

don't use the normal cycle, use delicate only.
the agitation probably loosend the tags and caused them to come loose.
delicate/ gentle cycle on the wash and air dry on low heat if not air drying.
