bad.gif bad.gif cray.gif help.gif I am having a horrible time with the customer service at Cleveland Golf.....Ordered the new tour stand bag march 25th from second swing...Cleveland promised them April 5th ship date...Went back a week later said it was shipping and should have it by the next Thursday.. This happened 2 more times since....Went there today and it just was sent to be picked...Customer service told 2nd Swing they would ship tomorrow another week..2nd Swing is trying to get them to overnight it...But the Shipping Manager was not at her Desk....still waiting to find out what Cleveland is going to do. Just want to vent and let others know. Cleveland's customer service stinks....Don't even get me started on my 3 week late HiBore ordered through the tour van rtfm.gif shout.gif butcher.gif

WOW!! That is not something a major golf company should be doing... That is a ridiculous amount of time you have been waiting!! Hope that this incident doesnt happen very offten among Cleveland sales.

I can say from dealing with them this is probably an isolated incident for the most part. I do not know about their retail sales but dealing with the college department everything was custom built prompt and here within a week, which is great since I live across the country and wanted some random stuff done. They are also very good at dealing withissues that arise with clubs from my experience. I would say for me cleveland has had some of the best customer service I have dealt with next to maybe accuflex. I hope you get your bag soon but would also like to say for anyone considering cleveland clubs overall their customer service has been great.

I don't know. I Love Cleveland stuff, but it took me 35 days to get custom wedges. I was disappointed with the service, but love the wedges.

I have had problems with Cleveland CS in that past. In fact, they were so bad to me that they are in my "no buy zone." No Cleveland products for me.

i had a similar problem with a driver from Cleveland. i ordered a Ti460 driver with the Grafalloy Proto Comp NT shaft on March 17th. it was supposed to take 10 days to come. i got a phone call earlier saying it has arrived. i kept phoning the company i ordered it with and they always said it would be here in a few days. i suppose it's easy to get confused between 10 days and 40+ days isn't it!!

Please forgive me if this is a dumb question...but how did you order through the tour van? Or is this the Demo Day van? Just curious. beach.gif

probably meant their consumer tech van.

I've dealt with the Cleveland customer service a few times, and all I can give is my praise to them. I won a Halo hybrid from a drawing, and it was a 16* 1i, a club I wouldn't use. So, I called Cleveland, told them my situation, and they told me to send it back, and they would send back the 19* I wanted, at no cost except to ship it (3 bucks).

Then, when the hybrid came, it had the wrong headcover. Again I called Cleveland, and they sent the right one without charging me anything for it.

In both cases, the turn around was about a week. Like adam said it has to be an isolated incident. Cleveland has one of the most helpful and easy to deal with customer service centers in the business, 110% commited to making sure you are happy.

Agreed, Im finicky with the way that people deal with me and through college am allowed to play pretty much any brand I want and by far cleveland was the most helpful team of people I dealt with. As you can see from my signature they were helpful enough and their clubs were good enough that I play 12/14 cleveland clubs. Would play more but haven't taken the time out to be fitted for the hi bore bc my r5 with the ACCUFLEX Evolution, has worked out so great.

I have nothing but good to say about Cleveland's customer service. They are very knowledgeable and I can tell they love the game as much as I do.

It blows me away to hear that some of you have had bad times with Cleveland... I have always had nothing but great dealings with them.

They always go above and beyond when I have dealt with them. They sent me a full set of extra headcovers (the new red, white, & blue covers) just for asking because I wanted to have spares. They sent me a Launcher Comp cover, 2 15-degree covers, 2 19-degree covers, and a Hi-Bore cover.

As for the clubs I've special ordered (a set of CG4 Tours and a set of CG2s), they have been perfect to deal with and fast to get them to me.

I would recommend them to anyone.
