Does Sun Mountain weigh their bags without the straps? I only ask because the swift x is about 2.75 pounds while the Titleist Ultralight is 3.3 pounds.

I think I read somewhere that it is weighd WITHOUT straps and accessories (rings, hooks, ball markers, etc.)
