Has anyone experienced a issue with their headcover on a 3 wood? I purchased a thick braided small HC for my Nke Sumo SQ 15° 3 wood. The HC will not stay on. i've e-maile them 4 times no response called twice no response what's the deal? I'm truly not happy. Any suggestions on my nest step. I'm going to look into Jan Craig next my league partner has had no issue with CS or headcover falling off.

Sorry I don't have an answer regarding the Jain Craigs but I had a similar issue with them (Helen) not responding to my emails/phone calls regarding a refund. It took me telling her that I was going to file a complaint with my credit card company and a chargeback in order for her to respond.

Their customer service can be hit or miss sometimes.

I emailed RT about something and it took a couple of weeks to get a response.

Well it's been 3 weeks now and nothing, I'm going to give them 1 more week then I'm done with them. This is not how customer service is supposed to work.
