I just emailed Michael Breed. If his watch is an auto (which it looks to be) he is going to magnetize the mainspring by wearing his ionic bracelet on the same wrist.

If any of you all have an automatic watch DO NOT wear a Trion-Z or Phiten bracelet on the same wrist.

Do you know this from personal experience?

It takes a pretty powerful magnetic field to magnetize a mainspring. The field of the magnets on his bracelet likely has zero impact on his watch.

uh oh...im one of them too, mainly because my left wrist hurts at times and i wear my Phiten and Panerai on my left wrist...People who knows Panerai watches know that they are specifically designed to be worn on the left side unless you buy the "righty" version.

Better to spend your money on golf balls than "special" magnets or holographic jewelry. laugh.gif

For me, the golf balls usually ended up lost in the water or deep bushes biggrin.gif

A mainspring can become magnetized from a laptop, being too close to speakers or being left in the same pouch as a Blackberry holster. They are very sensitive.

Yes, but for that brief shining moment before you lost sight of your ball.....you know you actually got something in return for your hard earned cash. cheesy.gif
