I bought a Four 5 this spring and had been very happy with it. At the end of July I noticed the strap system had a problem. The strap which goes through the handle at the top had popped out. This was because the bottom part of the rubber handle broke and the plastic support (inside of the rubber) also broke. Thinking is was a one time deal I returned the bag and got the exact duplicate as the replacement. Today I grabbed the handle and felt the plastic in the handle break again. Knowing it would just be a matter of time before the rubber also broke I took it back and decided on a Ogio Ozone.

I walk and carry my bag. As I take the clubs off my shoulder I grab the handle to set it down so it does get used constantly. Have I just had bad luck or is this an issue. It is really too bad because I really liked the bag. I would have posted pictures but the bag is already returned.
