Has anyone played or belong to this country club? They just released a new pricing schedule for next year and being 23 really lowers the annual fee to a price that's hard to refuse. If anyone has played let me know what the course is like and what the club is like thanks.

Anybody out there? Im looking to get honest feedback about this club too.... after paying 50 dollars to play yesterday at Colts Neck GC and only getting through 12 holes in 3 hours and 15 minutes and a 2 group backup on the 13th tee, I think private golf needs to be looked at!
Are there any Glenwood CC members on this forum?

I played an outing there back in August. OK course, seems kind of short, but we were playing from the whites. Pretty tight, old school tree lined course. Greens were in very good condition, as were the fairways. I believe they put a load of $$$$ into the course over the last few years, it shows. The rates for membership are right on, its just a little far out of my way, plus I'm a Mon County resident, so I get plenty of very nice courses. I also saw a sign that advertised reciprocity with Blue heron Pines I believe. Well worth looking into.

Im a member, I was there in 08 when they were doing the course changes. And I joined up for the rest of 09 and 10 season on the new pricing schedule. The course is in good shape for the price you pay. The course is long from the back 7k (and i grew up playing Bethpage Black). Tight tee shots I hit driver on 4 or 5 holes two of which need to be hit over trees. PM me or send me a message and ill give you more details of what type of club it is. My avatar is the 15th hole.
