Hey! Was thinking about checking out the Pro Am at the Buick Open in Grand Blanc, MI this week. Has anyone attended/watched the Pro Am portion of a tournament? Is it a good way to beat the crowds/traffic to see the players and what not? Thanks!

I played in this a few years ago and there usually is a decent sized crowd there. Expect a fairly large crowd since Tiger is going to be there and he's playing with Bob Seger (or some other famous singer). I hoping to get out there and catch a few days of great golf.

I've caddied in that Pro-Am the past five years and they are a great chance to get close and walk with the players. Tiger tees off at 7 and that early his crowd isnt too large. Pro-Am's are good chances to walk around, see the course, and get close to the pros unlike during the tournament days. Its a fun day, enjoy it!
