I have narrowed my sunglass search down to the Kaenon Kore, but cannot decide between the small or medium lenses. I have an oval shaped face, relatively full. black eye.gif

Also, in terms of lenses, I was concerned about the copper lens C12's (which allows 12% of available light through), might be too dark for overcast days, but one review I read claims not.

I know there are a couple of Kaenon fans on this board - can anyone comment?

Thanks in advance for your input.

I own 2 pairs of Kaenon shades (the Rhino and the Segment). They are flat out the best sunglasses I have ever owned.

Both of my pairs have the C-12 lenses in them. I wear them all the time - sunlight, overcast, rain, you name it. For me, I dont find them too dark at all, even on overcast days. I would recommend the C-12. I tried the C-28s, but found them too bright on sunny days. After all, it's much easier to take your shades off when it's too dark than try to make them darker when it's too bright.

C12 is a great lens for bright light and a little overcast, best all around lens. The 28's are not dark enough on bright days.

The "small lens is BIG and the medium lens is HUGE! If you have a pretty large nose then the small is the correct size. If you have a huge beak (read VERY LARGE nose) then the medium will be the ticket. You have to have a sizeable nose bridge or they will sit on your cheeks.

If you tell me what sunglasses you normally wear I can also help on fit better.

Thanks for the input. I was wearing NYX golf glasses, until I had an unfortunate incident in a waterpark ride! rolleyes.gif

I have tried on the Oakley Flak jackets and are ok with their size, but I found th arms to be oddly shaped (for me).

FYI: I have a new Kaenon Kore Sunglasses (medium) that I am not using (gotten it as a gift a couple of months ago), I'll take some pics and post them on the For Sale section tonight.
