We are working on launching the video site and would like a few people to test and try it. You would login with the same credentials as the forum. Please give it a try and let's see what breaks and what needs to be improved. This is a beta site so please be patient.

Messed around with it early this a.m. I really like the idea of having a single place for posting and viewing videos. It is really easy to set up a "Group" and to find other "Members."

One thing I did notice is a distinct time lag when trying to change from one video to the next. It seemed to take a longer than expected time to transition. Could just be something to work out in the logic as I know you are just Beta testing now.

Are you going to put a hyperlink in the side menu here so we can access it from the main WRX site?

Just uploaded a video. Worked perfect, no bugs or errors at all. It's going to be a good addition to the site.

It will be all of the above. You can copy and paste the embedded code, and select html as the posting option to show the video. We will make a button in the post box to make it easier soon. I also have the Addam Smith videos to post up soon as well.

I'll upload some more for sure. I took a whole bunch of them at the Travelers Championship practice round 3 weeks ago. I stabilized all of them to get rid of my shaky hand, but the file sizes increased about 20x! So unless i can figure out an easy way to compress them the videos will have some movement to them. Their great for video analysis with your own swing.

Like the idea....

Understand its beta.....

How do you watch a video a second time without having to backout? (reload the page)

I watched the DTL videos, and when the video finishes, the window shows
current and other selected videos to view...but no way (it seems to me)
to re-watch the original in the full window....
...something I can see as a fairly common thing to do especially with things
like swing videos.

Just when you thought it was safe to go back to work....
they go and improve the best golf site.

click on the x in the upper right of the video selection. This takes you back to the main video and then Hit the >>>arrow "play" button?

We are gauging interest right now and tweaking a lot of the backend user functionality and making sure it can stand up for users. There is a webcam capture function as well. Some people in the past have used video for their For Sale Ads, might be interesting to see what develops there.
