Are they really that good? I love their irons especially the AP2 but i wudnt of ever been too pushed on their drivers.......

Honestly im not a big fan of their drivers, i dont really think they are overly expensive though. Nothing compared to a TM TP or the rapture V2 etc.

Yeah, I don't see where they are any more expensive that other OEMs.

It is not they are necessarily justified to be more expensive than their competition, but Titleist usually is pretty strident in maintaining their pricepoints to uphold a brand image. *It doesn't hurt that the popularity of their balls (high margin for them) alleviates a lot of pressure to churn hardgood numbers like TMaG.
