I assume it's personal preference but wanted to get feedback on best practices for club placement/management in my new bag.

I used to play an old Datrek with round opening and 15 or so individual pockets that was supposed to hold 1 club each... I would invariable get 2 or 3 stuck in each without looking and would have problems getting them out.

I got a new set of clubs that came with a Bag, the Nike XTREME Sport II Carry Bag (see stock photo below). The bag is Oval It had 8-way divider system.

Any tips on longer clubs (woods, etc) top or bottom... General club Management tips, etc. The bag feels really light compared to my old carry bag and I'm looking forward to trying it out (with the new clubs of course)

I'll walk some (mostly 9 holes) and I have a push cart for some rounds and I also drive cart for longer 18's.

I always keep my woods on top then irons 3- 8 irons in the middle and 9 - sw on the bottom. Then I keep my putter in the umbrella holder. But set up your bag how ever you want as long as you like it and keeps you organized.

Putter in the 1st slot up top, Woods up top, 3-9 irons in the middle, and vokey's on the bottom. Its really whatever is easy for you. Congrats on all the new clubs you have coming, hope you enjoy them. Oh, and WELCOME.
