Sheesh, it's harder from the red tees than the blue and black tees. What's up with that? Also, the slope rating is higher as well.

That's the women's tees' slope/rating.

76.5/145 lol...My normal high 80 low 90 would struggle to break 100. That is brutal.

I could be mistaken, but I believe that 7 will be played as a par 4.

Also, a new tee was built on 13 making the hole closer to 600 yards.

I figured as much, but i do find it weird that it would be that tough for the women.

Although, i'm sure the course being that tough scares the ladies away.

My home course has a higher rating from the tips.

Of course, it will be higher than the card since it's US Open Conditions.

WTF 213 and 220 Par 3s....

And I was complaining last week that we were playing a course with a 185 and 190 Par 3s, I was short by like 5y on both with irons.................Hybrid time

The card I have from 6 weeks ago says the Blue Tees are 7468.

Yes #7 will be played as a par 4.

If that card says "Elliot Spitzer, Governor" on the back, then its the old card. I have two cards, one from last year and one from this year, both of them listing the course at 7468 yards and "David Paterson, Governor" on the back. I'm guessing that when Spitzer "resigned" is when they changed the cards.

i must play that course one day.

Yeah but that says PAR 71. US Open is Par 70.
