All I can say is WOW....Brian Gay and his 25 putts per round average this week and during the Verizon is much impressive. He sure rolls his BETTINARDI with the best of them.

yea he is money at the moment.
can't wait to see what he'll do at the US Open.

don't think he has the lenght for Bethpage.
he only hits it about 260-270 right?

Also i think he has atleast one more win in him this year.

Awesome performance by Brian and his Bettinardi this week. Congrats to him and Bettinardi!

i was debating that all day watching him, but to be honest he's so good with his 3 and 4 irons i think he actually has a chance. I mean he has 2 wins this year by 5+ shots, so the rest of his game is superb. There are 4 or 5 holes at bethpage where he'll have to hit maybe even woods into the green, but he can make some birdies elsewhere, especially with his short game. I say he's got a chance

it would be awesome if it could be a Tiger/Phil/Brian showdown on Sunday at Bethpage.
I know it isn;t really likely that Phil will be in contention due to the hard times he and his family are going through but we can hope.

Anyone have a pic of his putter or know what model he plays?

He plays a 1 of 1 putter with grooves on the face and alignment notch similar to rife.
