What is the strangest piece of memorabilia that you have seen? I got to thinking about this because I was at a tournament several years back, and after John Daly walked by and tossed a cigarette on the ground. A police officer who was doing security went back to his car and grabbed a biohazard tube and put the cigarette in it. I asked him what he was doing, and he said he thought he'd put it on eBay. Jokingly I asked if I could have it, he said sure. So now I have a cig. smoked by John Daly, probably pretty close to the most unique item I've seen.

The year Andrew Coltart finished in the top 3 at the PGA at Wentworth the lad next to me was pestering a marshall to go and fetch him a broken tee peg he had dropped while he was waiting to be announced for the prize giving. That has to be the definition of sad, it's essentially a peice of wood used to elivate your ball a couple of inches off of the ground, who cares who dropped it!?

Some people are down right nuts. A broken tee is a new low, whats next gathered tiger saliva off of a green?

-a twig I snapped off the tree that sits in the middle of the fairway on #17 at Cypress Point.
