Unless your lucky like me to be able to pop over to Fellini's for lunch and grab a strap on the way out. BTW sweet strap with the orange border.

What size range is available from House of Fleming...do they make big sizes?
elementlax
there, added house of fleming for yall
KMeloney
I like my Pums belts a lot. Durable yet soft leather. They're always good for complements, jeers, or sneers.

There custom made to order. The largest size I've ordered for a customer so far was a 44 smile.gif

don't forget the puma high shine belts!

I love my trophy belt but the J L belts look awesome, I think I might just make it my early birthday present! biggrin.gif

Damn...if you have a 44" waist, you do not need to be wearing any fancy belts like a HOF.
Jimmy Mac
Good point on the lack of need for style for guys with a 44" waist. Of course, if they're 6'6" and former football players, then that same belt is likely to be eye level for a lot of people, so why not have it look nice? Time to get back to stuffing my face with cheeseburgers and pie. Have a nice day.

not another white belt thread!!!
Mtngolfer1
Wow! Another white belt thread. I have a White Adidas trophy belt I like it with my white 360 II shoes I am looking for a black strap to go with my black 360 Ltd shoes. the problem is the double prong buckle it is hard to find straps for it. I am looking for the single prong buckle that way I can but multiple straps. I also noticed that the Tour buckles like Sergio wears are different they look to be milled out of billet stock or something higher quality no black infill (white reptile strap) See July cover of Golf Magazine. This is a look I would like to have with my trophy belts.

Thanks for that witty and insightful comment.

I only have one white belt. just a standard belt with a fancy schmancy buckle that I got from my local pro shop. Other.

jl and adidas and house of fleming

Used to wear them 30 years ago, but not these days. They look good on AK and Camilo.

I second the Sumi-G belts. They are hot. The House of Fleming belts looks good too. I personaly own the adidas trophy belt.
Pepperturbo
Although I don't wear them... they look fine on a young buck with the physique to wear them. They look pathetic on someone like Phil M with a spare tire or full blown mud tire around the waist.
Jimmy Mac
Gotta disagree with the statement they only look good on a skinny perfectly fit player.

I think it VERY much depends on what you're wearing it with. White Shirt + Light "Stone" pants/shorts + White Belt works great for a big guy. White Shirt + Light "Stone" pants/shorts + Black/Brown Belt looks awful.

As long as you keep the belt pretty close to the pant color, it can work. You just don't want that big high contrast stripe drawing attention to your gut.
Pepperturbo
laugh.gif on a guy with a tire, especially old guy, wide white belts accentuate the tire; course if he's wearing white pants and his gut hangs over the belt, good.gif the last fashion accessory to be noticed will be the belt.

If there's one style that's sad it's shout.gif some old out of shape guy trying to look young and hip through clothes.
fussternut
I only have one, and it's reversible. I forget the brand but I got it for $15; I honestly can't believe how much they charge for belts nowadays...
AEarle
I have the white adidas trophy belt and i also have two JL Slater belts. One is white and the other is black. Tough to pick a favorite between the JL white slater and the white Adidas trophy belt.

EDIT: Left out a word.

AGREE cheesy.gif ...I just saw a heavy, heavy set guy trying to pull off the white belt, dark (blueish black) slacks and a red (Tiger sunday) polo..

he looked like the PEPSI logo from far away lol

Bump to the previous posts - where is the love for Puma belts?

The Puma High Shine in white is a classic and the Puma 18-Hole Belt in White is my personal favorite.

and i do like the puma belts, but not as much as my trophy or the JL
azgolfer2
Sorry guys, but I was brought up to believe that only tourists from Cleveland wore white belts. Usually with blue poplin suits making an outfit called "a full cleveland". just imo but an ingrained prejudice against white belts.

+1 Good Point! In golf digest this month, marty hackel (mr style) said that if you have a waist over 38 ", you can only wear a white belt if you signed up for karate.

Sligo is my favorite, I like the quality and feel.

I'm a TM/adidas guy, so by nature I rock the trophy belt and also the adidas perforated belt. This one has kinda flown under the radar, and I get more comments on it than anything else that I wear, and I have been known to put some crazy stuff together.

As a side note, as much as I love the trophy belt, the strap is NOT white. DO NOT wear it with white pants or a white shirt, well unless you want to see what I'm talking about.....

I have this same belt. I love it. I try very hard to wear something that matches it so I can wear it when I play golf. I also have the trophy belt in black. I'm trying to find a brown strap so I can use the trophy belt buckle with my tan/khaki Adidas Tour 360s.

Cant say that Im a fan of the white belt look, but each to their own....I dont mind seeing the girls on the LPGA Tour wearing them
Jer-Jer
I have the Adidas white Trophy belt. My only complaint is that it's an off white. Looks kind a poopy. I still like it though. Just gotta clean it.

The brown one is an Eddie Bauer from ~ 1997 (very thick leather - they don't make them like that any more) and the black one is a Levis - very classy. Should I add them to my signature?

White belts are cool. I own 4.
Look great Califronia, Hawaii, Florida, or the islands.

Love mine, and my all white shoes too!

I personally sport a Nike but I don't like the big Swoosh cut-out buckle. I have one with a much more subtle buckle. Not that I don't like big flashy buckles, but that one just doesn't appeal to me for some reason.
