Apparently there's a site out there looking to establish themselves by encouraging members to SPAM the various golf communities to increase their visibility. Given that this site routinely steals pictures and watermarks them as their own precludes them from any credibility, so they're opting for the backdoor approach.
Problem is, one of the commandments here is "Thou shalt not spam."
Therefore, to offset any incentive for participation, we're offering a short-term deterrent in the form of increased penalties for those who decide to break the rules.
