Sorry to see this as I always enjoyed Rossie. He's been around as a commentator as long as I can remember. One of the few with that longevity. Sad that he passed but you know, if I had to pick an age to go out at, 82 sounds about right to me. Young enough to still be active but on the verge of really winding down.
Let's not forget the Odyssey Rossie was named after him as well.......

Me and a couple of friends still like to use one of Rossie's great lines, "He appears to be hitting some sort of lofted club."
